Coming up…

January workshop – scroll down!

The Talking in Tune Christmas Busk…

…will, this year, be held on Saturday 21 December, from 12-1pm outside the Guildhall, Market Square Cambridge. As usual, we’ll be raising money for Wintercomfort, the Cambridge Charity for homeless people.  All are welcome to some and sing with us, so bring friends, family, pets….and decorations!

Our next singing workshops will take place in 2020:

11 January 2020 – A Winter Sing, with Roger Jackson

Roger is a songwriter, arranger, instrumentalist, and choir leader, who emphases fun and uninhibited singing. There’s no need to read music; it’s all taught by ear, and both regular and sing-in-the shower singers are warmly welcome.  A ticket to this workshop would make a great Christmas present for someone who would like to give singing a try – or, indeed, someone who sings already. As usual, we’ll have a bring and share lunch.

Tickets are available from Eventbrite:

On 14 March 2020, we have the welcome return of Brendan Taaffe, from Vermont. His workshop in 2017, was a great hit, and we are delighted to have him back.  Further details will follow.

On 7 November 2020, Chris Rowbury will return, to lead us in songs from the Brisish Isles.  Chris’ workshops are always a treat, and this one promises to be no exception.  Further details in 2020.
