While we run fundraising events, and receive support from sponsors, we also rely on the generosity of individuals. If you would like to make a donation, either one-off or regular, there are two ways to do so:
Our preferred way is via Local Giving:
This is because, if you are a UK taxpayer, you can ‘gift aid’ your donation, and we receive the tax. For example, if you donate £10, Talking in Tune receives £12.50 (less a small admin fee) – and it only costs you £10! So, a regular monthly donation of £10 from you would give us a total of £150 in a year! From time to time, Local Giving runs ‘matched funding’ events, which can double a £10 donation at no extra cost to the giver.
If you prefer to make a one-off donation by cheque, then, of course, that would also be welcome! Just send your cheque to us at 32 Harvey Goodwin Avenue, Cambridge, CB4 3EU.
However you decide to donate, we are very grateful for anything that you send us in support of our work.
The adverts appearing on these pages are not placed by us, but by WordPress as the cost of our ‘free’ site. We chose not to pay for our site, as we believe that all the money we raise should be spent on the core activities of Talking in Tune.
